Practical Information to Help You Prepare for Your Visit

At Prohealth Physiotherapy Clinic, we want every patient to feel informed and confident before starting treatment. This page provides key information about appointments, pricing, insurance, and the range of services we offer.

What to Expect at Your Appointment

When you arrive, our reception team will welcome you.
If it is your first visit, you will be asked to complete a patient information and consent form.

Your physiotherapist will take a full history of your condition followed by a physical assessment. This allows us to confirm whether physiotherapy is appropriate and to develop a personalised treatment plan.

Please bring:

  • GP details
  • Relevant medical history
  • MRI, X-ray or ultrasound reports
  • Previous clinic or consultant letters

Clothing

You may be asked to remove some clothing so we can assess the affected area and surrounding structures. Please bring comfortable or loose clothing.
You may bring a chaperone if you wish.

After your appointment

Payment is taken at end of each session for all self-paying patients and invoice is sent to the insurance company for all patients attending the session via medical/health insurance.
